However, CYBER BUDDHA reserves the right to take appropriate actions of such breach under relevant laws as may be applicable.

The features may include scanning of active software and processes along with files and Website related folders to ensure that only ‘non-hacked’ versions of the Website is being used. We further clarify that in an event where a suspected application or process and compile a composite mesh (i.e. a profile that characterizes the files associated with the application or process) is matched against profiles for known illicit automated programs, we shall scan the files and decide the further course of action including but not limited to restricted access or deletion of the account.

7) RETENTION

2) We keep some of your data even after you close our account or deregister with us or when your services or programme or course period is over.

3) If you choose to deactivate your account or discontinue your programme or your course period is over with us, your personal data will generally be stop being visible to others on our Website within 15 days. We generally remove information and profiles within 15 Days of account closure and this information will no longer be visible.
